Good for freshers who are not able to find job can apply here. As interview process is easy and salary is satisfactory if you getting hard to find a good job.

No growth here. After 1yr you feel much more workload and salary not according to it.

if your wives do not match with your reporting manager or if you perform better than them , they may terminate your employment.the level of toxicity is too high. please avoid switching from any stable company to OPK. Dont let your life be ruined. they fired you without any reason. finally , your life can turn into a living hell in a highly toxic environment of OPK.

Few employees are too gud bt the seniors are so annoying ! They always dominate you.

There is senior never support you they always change their point according to person.,there is no word of appraisal! You have to work 10-13 hours with only ur efforts ! If you can’t work !! You will be threatened to terminated from the company
