There is enough Job Security for you to survive, Operative has a Nurturing Culture, The management is trying a lot of new things to improve the working environment, it's ineffective since we are all WFH, but their intentions and actions are atleast praiseworthy. Company Policies are weird. I didn't find any Racism here, yes they speak in their local language among themselves, but don't we too... The effort has to be from the person itself to mingle I believe.. Yes, there guys out there from South who have some cracks in their heads, talking about worshipping God while giving lecture about credentials issues.. Who Gives these lot I don't know.. But the most of the people are friendly and Normal.. If you are an executive or you become one here, Congo you can get an PGD from Columbia University in your kitty free of Charge.. For the lesser souls, they have Udemy, which one can use... Atleast in my team, the manager is Awesome.. and his Manager too.. Both are funny and leaders.....Read More

1. They Offer below par Salary, 2. Since it is a relatively new company you can forget about getting a Car Loan at low interest rate in India, the name of the Company would not be in Banks list.. 3. The Policies are confusing . 4. There is no clear path to career advancement, you like a role, apply in LinkedIn.. LoL 5. It would have been better if they would have had tuition reimbursement or certification reimbursement like most Product based Companies. 6. Cannot comment on Promotions and all..
