Nothing great expect only layoff, paid 2 month Salary.

Dislikes

One of the worst Working condition, lot of Nepotism , and casteism system here. All VP Venu Goteti Family and Friends are employed , Management does not have capacity to deals with him even after fraud was reported to them. QA Team Management by Prashant Rao who is Worst Management by any standard. He is busy in survival of his jobrather in performance. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1) This is a small company having close to 500+ [ total head count in India ] employees, in Bangalore and in Pune. There are hardly bunch of projects. 2) When ever the work is less they start firing. Highly Unstable environment 3) You can get fired on any day. There is no Roadmap, there is no Transparency
