The main dislike at Openxcell i feel that they didn't give enought power to HR. If you any of your problems with them they directly say, you will have to talk with your manager. - Culture is Great - Remote work provided whenever it is needed. - Reaching out to management is easier - HR policies are employee friendly.

Dislikes

- Micro managed with Desk Time which makes work frustrating many times - work recognition is less or near to zero if you are outsourced resourced resource - appraisals are heart breaking and low which hurts employee 's self-esteem. - work timings are not flexible as you have to come to office according to your team's timing but HR policy says something different.
