Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Dislikes

Not good for engineers not supportive, once you leave organization they will keep you in trouble for experience certificate and pending payment, they will earn money from engineers, but not doing inof for engineers, not giving respect to their engineers and no bouns and no other facility provide by company
