Dislikes

Always on acquisition spree, so be prepared to work on completely new things or some old Legacy code base. Also the hikes and promotion are not good (as a result of acquisition) since they will give you the reason that our financial year differs from your previous company.

Work life balance can be improved, mandatory 3-days at office, no job security especially for acquired employees, layoffs are done every 3-6 months, while hiring new talent at same time (which is actually good sign of rebalancing)
