Just a handful of co-workers support you and HR is supportive to Employee the most they can and assistive in certain issues not invading your personal space most.

There are certain issues but as per experience, it is justifiable that sometimes the decisions they make kill the Employee spirits and their work moods, yet at the end of day no one loses a bread winner. Also that bread winner has to keep in mind that it is not the right attitude to be when you work with a team and also there wouldn't be long time you can keep up with it.
