worst organization one can work with. A third grade and terrible organization in terms of employee satisfaction and salary payouts. Their increments and bonus payouts are peanuts. Their HR never makes any attempt to resolve any of the employee concerns. There is favouritism and some employees get special treatment. Never join this organization.

Lets go by points: 1. The formal training provided is not enough to start working. The training is outdated and too less when it comes to working on floor. 2. The new joiners are expected to work on w=vast areas and if we do not have the training they expect us to walk around asking for help after which they say that the productivity is very less and there have been instances where if your productivity is less they have bullied consultants to resigning. 3.The job is technical. If you are not from that background you will struggle and eventually will end up quitting. 4. There is no growth. No matter how good your skills are you will not be promoted or given a salary hike. Your only salary hike will be when you get confirmed ie. after 6 months of probation(they always extend it without giving you reasons to do so) and that will be a max of 2k. After this, if you get lucky you might get a hike of 500rs in a year. So yea, ALL THE BEST!...Read More
