Dislikes

You have to do each and every thing like development, documentation, fix bugs in nights if urgent. Work from home work starts from 10 AM To 12-1 AM You have to do each and everything. No life salary very low, late and less increments Saturday and Sundays are not weekend because you are doing everything so have to work on weekends also.

Some seniors are good. Get to work on new technology sometimes.

Dislikes

No Project methodology is followed here like agile or scrum. The project managers will create deadlines without any time estimation without asking employees. No work-life balance is common to work on weekends. Appraisals never happen on time and management will do politics and give appraisals to their boot lickers.

If you're lucky you will get to work on multiple technologies.

Dislikes

1.) If you're unlucky you will be working on old technology for the entire time you work there. 2.) Freshers are paid very less only 10k pm after that 15k pm. 3.) Appraisals never happen on time last year I got an appraisal in October and this year still waiting for it. 4.) Politics at the management level.

Good for Freshers.

Dislikes

Lots of Office Politics. Micro management done by Managers like coming to office is strict on time but leaving office depends on work. Inclusion and openness policy is not followed here. There is certain prejudice for female employees in development that they don't perform as good as male employees and they will not be able to work extra hours. No work-life balance. No work ethics.
