The company is run by three directors who can't face each other eye to eye. Above these Directors there is a VP who plays dirty politics because of whom the company has shut down. This is the only company that runs without a vision, mission and has no goals. Zero job clarity, zero benefits and flexibility and worst of all is job security. You can get terminated from the company for talking to your colleagues or laughing with them. You leave your well paying job, excellent job offers in hand and join this company, only to get fired within three months because the client interview happens only after three months. And if you don't clear the client round, they will terminate you immediately. The HR head in the company requires serious English coaching.
