I enjoy working at Oorjita Projects because of the good learning opportunities and the chance to contribute to high-quality real estate developments.

Working at Oorjita Projects has its challenges, including a lack of accountability and transparency, limited financial growth and promotions, and too much internal politics among higher authorities. Additionally, the absence of a Human Resource Manager, proper paperwork, and ethical selling methods, combined with no job security, can create an unstable work environment.
