Instead of supporting the employee they mentally discouraged the employee. Employee are force to work in critical situation even though company deduct the salary for the month of April and also most of the employee lose there job those denied to work in pandemic. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
