Work culture is worst. Company never think about employee. If project is not there they will realeseed you very next day. Too much partiality is there with management and employee.

Popular for Hire and Fire Policy, Recently a DGM worked for nearly 2 years, been layed off with 15 days notice by putting in PIP.
