Likes

Good learning scope with great exposure to different products. As a newbie, people can work individually, put their ideas forth and grow as an individual. The Management system and infrastructure areas needs to be concentrated.

Dislikes

As an employee, we expect hikes and appraisals as an act of recognition. Management policies can be little more organized.

Work Details

The work timing(10-7) is simply perfect. Stress-free environment and work-life balance. Login timing has to be strictly followed. Proper safety measures are being taken as much as they can.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
