I started my career at Onmobile and worked for 3 years. I had my best time there. It was very great in terms of job security, work like balance and job satisfaction. I was lucky enough to get Mr Ashok Goyal as my first manager as he was the best I ever had (I realised late I was a bit unfair towards him) . Even now I talk to my ex colleague Gaurav about the best time we had working there.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike about onmobile. The office location is slightly far but manageable. Also for more experienced, package offered could be better. But onmobile is literally like family

Work Details

I learned a lot of things at the begining of my career. Personal connection that we have with other colleagues is something I never found elsewhere.

Likes

Work-life balance is great. People are very friendly and cool. Some projects have a lot of work (work-life balance still maintained) while some might not have that much work due to lack of future planning and a clear vision for the projects. Overall it's an amazing company with a great environment.

No clear vision for a great future for the projects.
