You have to work day and night. Full politics in organisation. You can not resign on your own will. If you resign you will not get any papers from organisation. I faced this issue in my recent experience.

The work environment is excellent at Online24x7. All the teams come together and have a blast! Its is hard work plus the parties that I enjoy the most.
