I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Workers are good character. Good helping nature. But now no one working there.

Dislikes

Very very bad experience. Don't waste your time. Salary less than 6000. Increment salary 7000 after 4 months. No cab facilities. No food. Torcher and mental harassment from owner side. Don’t spoil your life. The owner is king of lier.
