This is a good company in terms of learning new things in Travel.

Dislikes

This is a terrible company when it comes to helping their employees in difficult time for instance this company chucked out people without any prior notification or Email however i would strongly recommend people not to hoin this company in future you would better join the company that could help even in difficult time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
