Dislikes

Work experience with Onicra was terrible. No training, no career growth, no job security. Office premises was not good. Cheap politics by seniors.

The company is totally a LALA company.where u will not found a learning environment and policies changes when some miss happen take place or according to there benefits.Even the behaviour and KSA of HR is not upto the level. Candidate can grow if he has a well tunning with his reporting manager.Where colleagues believe to transfer the work from one person to another.

The company is totally waste of time with no job security.
