Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

I never faced any issue in the company. Policies are too much dev friendly. Snacks also available in the evening. No issues in getting leave. Yearly appraisal is 20% of your current package. Salary credits on last day of the month.

A little bit of politics. But that much politics are everywhere. Lesser projects for mobile dev.yiu have to sit idle for most the time. Also, the mobile projects are not that good.

Company's clients are not very good, which would lead to stagnate employees financial growth if they decide to stay long in the company which is why there is a lack of experienced employees below management level.

OnGraph encourages its employees to experiment and learn new skills. The work culture is pretty friendly and people help each other in assignments.

The office location is a little difficult to reach if you do not have a personal vehicle.
