OPAl have more strengths to grow up but need strong management and take some strong decisions. Not a job security ,work culture for contractual employee is not good , company policies for contractual employee is not goods , they treat like labour to skilled contractual employee s,

No increament in salary for contractual employees , there are different policies for Company Employees and contractual employees, no any beno for contractual skilled employees , no receiving salary on time , work culture is not good, no opportunity in work for contractual employees,no appreciation for woek.
