VARIETY OF PROJECT EXPOSURE.

The organization mostly takes referral candidates, supports particular religion, and Non-qualified engineering staff and offers them higher salaries. The ONGC management needs to hire development professionals without referrals seriously and never hire the ONGC retired or existing professionals as they make the environment worse to work. The finance and HR team scrutiny should be done externally. Female staff are disrespected and harassed....Read More
