No work life balance. Work is never ending and continues over the weekend. Everyone is occupied with irrelevant meetings and non sensible discussions.

Dislikes

The company should focus on the right head count requirement. It is high time to give time to each aspect of the process. Please do not expect one person to do the work of 15 people. No medical insurance is provided.

Company is good looking , and timely payment of salary.

Their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent at the joining time but no satisfactory increment and career growth is slow. and some process in this company is like very cheap like onfido. Sirf client ko khus krna h kaam krwa k aur employee k baary me kuch nhi. Aur baat baat p Job se firekrny ke dhamki upper management se Hr tak sab. And NO shift allowance is their.
