I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other

Dislikes

I didn't have enough challenges. After a while, all the projects became repetitive , salary is decent but career growth is slow

Work Details

My Destination is Engineer i repair phones in service center it's not interesting but I liked it

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
