Dislikes

The onboarding process for a new joiner to any project is little fast in case any experience member joining the team. He/she should be given little more time to settle. Rest for the freshers or interns they have a good onboarding strategy.

My work mainly revolves around managing the projects and teams. Things were challenging sometimes but because of the good support and the helping culture has made those tasks easier.
