Founders are overambitious. They have good vision but don't know implementation or just force the implementation. The irony is that the head of Data Science doesn't know Data Science at all, and he's a CA. PMs are good for nothing. Ayesha chelani, priya and delip should join politics. They will suck your blood everyday just to satisfy their egos. Please don’t join this company. Founder anurag and hari only are concerned about money. They don’t care about their employees and coz of this the above 3 people have gained power to exploit the employees.

1. Org is very rigid against WFH; they want to see people sitting in office irrespective of everything 2. Org doesn't believe in Pay correction; once you are in, there is no correction. You can expect 10-15% appraisals. Pay parity is a big issue. You may find people making 2x of your pay at the same level 3.
