Workin for onebill offers no benifits, It's all about deception and exploitation.

- Let me delve into the realities of Onebill, a company that preys on unsuspecting job seekers like vultures. They lure in fresh-faced graduates with the promise of dream developer roles, only to rope them in a mess of lies. - Picture this: they will send us away to a empty failed training institute in Bangalore, which has no student at all calling it an "internship." However, it's nothing short of a cruel boot camp designed to break spirits. - To make matters worse, the instructors take sick pleasure in our suffering, assigning pointless tasks just to watch us suffer. - But the torture doesn't end there. The accommodations they provide are like something out of a horror story – filthy, bug-infested rooms with toilets that are worse. - And then, the final insult: the job assignments. Out 25 total interns only 1 got developer role and the rest of us are stuck in the soul-sucking swamp of customer service. It's a slap in the face, a betrayal of trust that leaves us feeling utterly betrayed. - And the customer service jobs are literally call centre jobs and they dont align in technical aspects by any means. That literally means that your technical career is over. - Think practically if you work as a customer support person for a year no company will offer you developer roles in future and customer support roles will have 24/7 work you cant even focus on something else apart from this job. - Beware, hopeful job seekers, for Onebill is a den of lies and exploitation. Don't fall for their tricks, or you'll end up drowning in despair like the rest of us....Read More
