When I joined, it was with happiness and a strong desire to learn, but it turned out to be a disappointment.

I am deeply disappointed with the working culture at Oncquest Laboratories. The higher management seems more focused on filling the company with their own connections rather than hiring based on merit. There is a complete lack of structure and professionalism, something I never expected to encounter in the healthcare sector. Unfortunately, working here has given me the same disorganized feeling one might get from a poorly run local institution. There is no sense of real leadership or vision. I strongly believe that positions like COO and CEO should be held by experienced professionals, ideally male candidates who are less prone to unnecessary gossip and more committed to the company’s growth. If this continues, it won’t be long before the company faces a complete downfall, as it is already riddled with negative reviews and poor feedback from former employees.
