all staff are one team , job not secure, there is no career growth, salary and appraisal are not proper way , to much politics over there.

Dislikes

No One are Co-Operative and Boss is really horrible, salary not increase properly. The work pressure is very high but growth is slow.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
