some team members were good

Dislikes

excessive work load and irrespective of certain uncontrollable reasons due to which sales were dropping, the management was not at all understanding and infact threatened to fire people who wouldn't achieve the unrealistic targets during that situation too. I got fired because of that and later i got to know that nobody achieved the targets yet they didn't fire anyone else

Pathetic Senior Management and sales leadership. If you do not want your CV to be affected please do not join this company. An average stay for employee is 5-6 months, they will either torcher you to leave or Kick you by themselves. This is not a professional led company, its more to do with managements EGO. The work culture is just one way, your feedback doesn't matter. They will attract you by higher pay, but cost of it will be your mental health. Mark it....Read More

There is no scope of learning. The kind of work the company does in a zoomed out perspective looks promising however the ground work does not satisfy the employee/individual as the work does not add much value overall.
