There’s nothing to like. It’s the worst company ever.

I had a very disappointing experience working at Omnicom. The company has no job security, and mass layoffs are common, with little to no warning. The higher management, especially the CEO and CFO, do not care about the employees. There is no transparency, and decisions seem to be made without thinking about the impact on people’s lives. One of the worst things is the toxic environment, especially the business CEOs. The CEO there openly abuses team members in front of others during meetings. This behavior is not just unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. It creates a culture of fear, and there’s no regard for an individual’s self-respect. Nothing. They make you feel everything is sugar and nice but then will throw you out all of sudden to hide their own fault.

Dislikes

Poorly skilled managers and illiterate higher management in India. The higher management only believes in “my way or highway”. Those who will do only as the senior management says will stay there.

Work and Skills: There is nothing to learn, very basic work. Mostly adaptation work is there no creativity, We have to just adapt the creatives in different sizes. Job Security: No job security, they have a record of doing layoffs every year, i don't know what is the exact reason behind that. They are hiring every year and firing every year.
