The Company offers a good work life balance with supportive manager and collegues, especially over Kolkata office.

However, there are significant issues with the top management's frequent changes, lack of transparency, and poor communication. Salary hikes are nonexistent, and compensation doesn't match the workload. Job security is uncertain, with no recognition for performance, and the inconsistent salary dtaes make financial planning challenging. Hr's unresponsiveness adds to the frustration.

Liked How CEOs and HR will JUST talk about the happy and good part of the company and have actually nthing to implement for.

Dislikes

The management does not know what decisions are supposed to be made, no plannings, anytime any decision can be changed, saying wrong reasons and your job is at stake. No matter if you are there in company for 16-18hrs a day, and work with all your energy. They dont care at all. If they just want to save few bucks, you are out of office.
