Team and work management is poor. They set unrealistic targets which is hard to achieve. Also company has bad reputation in US and Canada. Most of them unsubscribed several companies mail so hard to reach out clients.

we cannot expect growth in career, Job security is ok, salary/ appraisals are good, but need to work with motivation. work life balance depends on person, distance from the office and team lead and manager.

My team was very good, friendly people and Team Lead was very much passionate towards his work, he used to motivate team members in a positive way. Basically in Omics work pressure is more because of targets.
