Those who are close to the management will get appreciated and gets the opportunity. 5. No work life balance. 6. Need to compensate though it is technical issue. 7. Their mistakes and flaws should not be raised or asked. 8. No freedom to speech.

Worst management from 2019 to till date, especially finance team.

Tamilinas rull the company from 2019 with their own policy..much supported to their Tamil Nadu people's, fired b'lore employees without any reason who has worked and contribution to organisation without any reasons. Also there is no job security from 1year, also creat unnessary pressure on the employees to leave the organisation.
