There is no sense of satisfaction. Most of the days there will be clear agenda and there is no transparency. Your peers, if they have more experience in omega will treat you as if you are reporting to them. Team lead has only one responsibility and that is maintaining the records

Worst management from 2019 to till date, especially finance team.

Tamilinas rull the company from 2019 with their own policy..much supported to their Tamil Nadu people's, fired b'lore employees without any reason who has worked and contribution to organisation without any reasons. Also there is no job security from 1year, also creat unnessary pressure on the employees to leave the organisation.
