You get to learn a lot . Knowledge gained in Abundance. Complete hands-on experience from fresher to experienced person. So many Projects , so many opportunities. Leads and seniors are very talented and have very good helping tendency. A good place for anyone to learn and get experienced.

No work life balance. You should be ready and flexible to work whenever you are needed for your project. Situations occur only during weekdays.

Maintaining work life balance for night shift job is not that much easy and the salary is not much enough for employees, even though it's a night shift job, the company has to increase the salary policy for each employee to get benefits.

Good managers and team leads, no problem there but not much salary or benefits, work environment is great theres no innovation.. Depending upon your team there will be some politics.. Hard to maintain work life balance as there was much to in ar rcm project

There is a job security and don't need to worry about that. Salary, annual appraisal, learning opportunities will be satisfied and also they will listen our innovation ideas. We can balance both work and personal life.

Dislikes

Politics: There is a politics on middle level management. You have to be a dependent for your manager and you cannot implement anything what you learned. As I experienced, top level management people just listen what their reporters tell them about us and they are not give an opportunity to explain our challenges what we faced in the process. Managers will get into the process and their decisions will be the final even a small thing. at the same time if there is any problem or client escalation will be created then team leader will be the responsible person. The biggest comedy is if your team mates are closed to the managers then they won't respect you. You have to adjust them. This kind of insulting will lead us to resign our job there.
