Very worst interview process., they make simple wait for a hole day and they’ll tell u can leave for the day and come tomm , after the day also they’ll make wait us for the hole day again repeat. And also there is only one restroom for interviewer’s, and also that to be not clean and also they dont have tissue .I asked 2 more hr to provide tissue but they simply said we dont have u should use as well as .., and people dont do if they asked to come again and again the hr showing partiality for the reference people with gud position too much irritating HR peoples I request to omega helath care pls change the process and Hr also . Only thing I like is lot of opportunities there to learn new things about the work

I don't like production based salary here in integra connect, the hr did not explained it properly while recruitment. This is not 5 days of working shift they will say due to business requirements has to come office on weekends so sometimes no matter what need to work 7 days, lot of work pressure and more internal politics.

I Enjoyed Working with Omega Healthcare. Very good place to start our carrier. It was first company which recruited me as a fresher and made me Experienced.

I dont have any queries with any Senior Head in the organization I used to Maintain a very healthy relationship with all my top level management people. But Only issue was Personal issues.

Hi all please don't join in DU 6 especially because all high level management people are in Bangalore they treat other locations staffs very worst, especially Chennai. If any one join in Chennai they will target the people and give mental pressure. For new joineess they won't give space to settle down, we need to stand behind for everything. This is all because they were in some other domin and got promoted directly without prior experience. They won't even listen to words of the team members, they will directly say " Do what I say". Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.

Worst company ever saw. They will shortlist the candidate and will mail to submit documents and tell the joining date. After that the day before joining they will tell like joining date is postponed then on the day of joining they will inform like the profile is rejected. Why should they tell the candidate that he/she is selected before and mail that the candidate is selected and to submit documents and then again tell that the candidate profile is rejected. OMEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES if they back filled the emloyee they just terminate without prior notice shamelessly, they do not even deserve to be a competitor in the us healthcare market, no proper training was given even for the associates terminating with their own politics and supervisors are most arrogant and absurd mindset they have they are only behind to make the production for the associates and they don't even bother if your on sick leave or having issues in personal life if the supervisor is asking to come we have to be there or else he plays tactical games to make you a culprit in front of the management it is a time waste to even complete the screening round with the HR or through consultancy IT IS NOT EVEN AN MNC PF IS DEDUCTED FROM EMPLOYEE ONLY CAB IS CHARGED MORE THAN SAID THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE PROPER FOOD(COMPLETELY BAKING SODA USED IN FOOD IN CAFETERIA BLOATING ISSUES STARTED), CAB PICKUP COMES AT 3.30 IF YOUR LOGIN IS AT 6.30 THAT TOO FROM NO TRAFFIC ZONE RADIUS 20 KMS EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE IN WASHROOM HAD TO ANSWER THE MANAGER CALL TO UPDATE HIM.
