There is good part but overall I had bad experience

I don't want point out the names but company need to improve treating employees esp managers and TL , They see only reports and they pretend like donot even know about an employee .I am fed up chasing everyone during pandemic for my allocation .I suffered a lot with this people and I don't agree with them at all what they said about me and going to say is not true it all fabrication we are forced to believe. All of sudden they brought everything together to justify themselves but to be honest they trying to implement some sort of culture where everybody could get affected and also practitioning which is difficult to describe ,to me they all are culprit, As of work it also a good place to gain experience and their salaries are good and they pay on time amenities are good . About work they hide the real people and bring people they want in position. They find mistakes and highlight it for reasoning for the people they don't like meanwhile also hide people they like and give good appreciation and remarks for those whose simply reiterating what there on file with lots of own generated references,calls and etc., By common understanding they don't caught those but for others they ruin your day even if you commit an small things.. Impractical logics,immature arguments ,adamant nature and out of box questions will never let you to say what about all. To me I had a very worst terrible experience during also mentally physically so affected ,I don't why still because of the place or with the people . Many also my colleagues I heard the places offices are not suitable for them to work because they also experiencing physical and mental struggles challenges. Thank u.....Read More

For the beginners Omega provides maximum of training.i got new things to learn which i not come across and it is helpful for the career growth.

Omega is very decent but when it comes about the work there is a lot of pressure which took me to work more than shift time like 14hrs and few facilities are good.
