So much to learning & Higher work satisfaction. Good growth in terms of technical knowledge because of frequent updates in Mechanical & Electrical systems.

Financial growth is limited & slow. Also I'm from engineering background but I have to work for accounts department also. So it becomes little bit tricky to handle both at same time.
