The think which everybody looks for while joining any company is good and positive environment which I got from very 1st after joining this Company. Everybody either he is a teammate, Team leader, Senior or from Management all are so supportive. I will not be leaving this company for sure.

Nothing in this company, I dislike. I always wanted to be a part of this type of company. You don't have to think twice to go to your senior for any reason either it's personal Or official, they will give best advise.

In Work Culture what i most like is incentive slab which is letting agents to work as much as agents want or company require you to work , and then management which is making this process easy for agent upto large extent but i still feel it can be improved to the desired aims of the company

There is nothing i dislike about the company but i just feel few things missing for job satisfaction like agent should get health insurance so that if agent fall sick, agent can take health treatment from the best doctor and get back to work

Well Om prime technologies has let me flex my muscle where i am topping the rank from the very first month of my joining, and i am getting al lot of appreciation from the company and earning that i am enjoying alot
