Being assigned to multiple projects — sometimes even outside of our domain or scope — affects work-life balance, limits real skill development, and reduces overall job satisfaction. Manager don't even know how to create roaster, always keep personal grudge against employees. If you don't have option then join this company.

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.

9.5 hrs shift with micro managing 45 mins break Strict about login, logout times No pick and drop provided for night shift No outing or events done for Global project employees. No night shift allowance No hybrid or wfh No proper cafeteria No IJP, so you will be stuck with same roles and positions for whole tenure. Growth chances are way less (Don't expect) Rotational shifts
