I liked working of different requirements in Om Careers and the unity among team members for finishing the work successfully on time.

Dislikes

They did fake promises from the start when I was hired. They showed fake structure of incentives in our offer letter to attract us to work in their organization. They doesn't hire those candidates who belongs to lawyer family or have any person in family who is advocate. Because, when peoples are being mistreated and taken away fromtheir rights then advocates are the only one who can solve these type of issue for them. We gave quality work on time in return we got delayed and deducted salary, and politics. Not our team members, but the authorities who are responsible to run the organisation. They are running the politics and trying to break our unity as we are demanding for right together. When lock down started, they delayed our salary and deducted, next month they didn't give our salary. When we talked regarding the same, they told us to work on target basis to get our dues. Till now we have not got our salary till August 2020. Suddenly i heared from one of my teammate that this organization is neither LLP nor Pvt registered. And the person from Ludhiana who us to call himself the owner of this organization. During the conference call when my teammate was asking for dues, he said i am not even the owner of this organization, how can i give you. It's such a disaster organization, now they doesn't receive our call. Not even dues they haven't given us our relieving letter, experience letter and all over the documents which are needed. It's my request to every single person, to not join this organization otherwise one day you career will be ruin like mine and you will cry....Read More
