Training is good. For freshers there is a platform to learn new things.

Dislikes

Work environment is worst. They were targeting any colleague for silly reason.So many politics. Teammates behavior is horrible, demotivated, late hours working for doing timepass in working hours and bad gossips about those were working sincerely.Making nonsense HR rules, salary cutting, no any public leaves, no any privileges and overtime for working late hours. Managers blaming any employee for others mistake. Overall Management is terrible...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
