A few quite knowledgeable engineering leaders who can evangelise their personal brand quite well. Coffee and sufficient supply of marie biscuits during Mon-Fri. Good food in the in-house restaurant. Stray dogs who give you company during lunch at the cafeteria, especially if you bring non-veg.

Technical and business leadership in the hands of a someone who is neither a technology expert nor has any people management skills. Fear as the sole motivating factor at work. Total aversion to following process and then placing the onus of failures on process. General apathy of support departments towards employee requests.
