Management. Managers are not qualified. They neither know management nor the technical skill and still impose solution to the developers and if anything breaks they, which usually happen they put blame on developer. There is no job security. No one will listen to your concern untill you resign.

Work management is bad, the managers are shit here, no proper seniors to help you learn, everyone wants to leave the company worst place to work in all the tech companies in India. work life balance is good if we are in good team else expect to come 6 days a week.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
