Very very toxic culture and management also HR not helping you...no work life balance, no presnol life, no Sunday, no holiday. Working time is - morning 9 am to 1 am ( every day) 🥺😔 If you are married definitely you will geeting divoce.. brother,s don't make your CV and life sick.

I wish i could have written something here but unfortunately there's nothing to like about working in Ola except the vehicle.

Work life balance, work culture,the area head had even asked us to mop the floor wash the vehicle which we had to do,no safety for the employees no CCTV in the experience centre's and many more dislikes are there

I would really appreciate the working style and their professionalism about work and cooperation with each other. Services are best. Technical team is really helpful nature and other staff as well. They really work like family, just like everyone's dream working company.
