Eccentric folks who randomly release feature they think might get viral not what the customer really wants. Its comic to change their product and leadership stance this often. Dynamism ki bhi limit hoti hain peeps. At its wxtreme its called indecisiveness. (Just saying)

Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right
