Likes

All employees at Oktal are exceptionally good. There is no differentiation done. Every senior is truly helpful and is always there for you. Much to learn there.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary problems. We do get salary but never on time, especially when you are hired by consultancy. Have to keep going to HR every month for not releasing salary every month.

Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
