1) Teammates: O.k but no body is not interested to Work, Because of always and Already torched by the senior Management People. 2) Training : No Training is going to be there as the senior Management peoples are not trained. 3) Job Security: There is nobody who is served the company ethically and all are doing time Pass as well as there is always Pressure from the Senior Management to Put the Resignation. 4) Career Growth: You will not Learn Anything as the Regional Coordinator it self is a Technician or from Low Grade {Even he is not having any strategy} and illiterate. 5)Salary : It is not salary it is a day wage they are Giving. 6)Travel: You will Lose your Money and Loss making Policy. 7)Politics: No Politics because no people are serving more than a year. 8) Learning: As all are illiterate there is no partiality and they don't know the word Learning. 9) Work Environment : There is no Work Environment as there is no Working culture. 10) Innovation: Nothing. 1...Read More
