Very bad experience about working, culture, jobs security all over terrible.

Dislikes

Non technical worker , work environment poor, more work less salary ,12-14hr working, top manegement to lower staff behaviour very bad relationship with people.

12-14hr work , weekly off not consider compulsory weekoff , 30 day working , no any emergency off allowed. Lower level politics, no respect women ,no culture.
